Interev, Inc. provides business growth advisory services, educational content, software tools (including GrowthBrain™™), books, speaking engagements, and related resources under the Bootscaling™ brand. Our Services are designed for established businesses and their leadership teams.

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the Bootscaling™ methodology, are the exclusive property of Interev, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Bootscaling™, GrowthBrain™™, Scale Up Faster™, and related marks are trademarks of Interev, Inc. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

5. Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from our Services without our express written permission; use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Services; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
